To solve these problems GuestPrep has adapted traditional 5* Hotel cleaning processes into a Two-Tier Airbnb Cleaning Process:

Tier 1 - Express Cleaning:  a service designed to be efficient in time and cost.  A focus on cleaning essentials to make your guests happy.

Tier 2 - Deep Cleaning:  designed to be performed every 8-10 short reservations or after any stay longer than 3 weeks.

TIER 1 - EXPRESS CLEAN

  • Wash dirty dishes / run dishwasher

  • Wipe cabinet doors

  • Clean appliances

  • Wipe counter tops

  • Clean sink

  • Empty trash

  • Vacuum then mop floor

Bathroom(s)

  • Wipe mirrors

  • Clean bath / shower - bleach spray

  • Clean sink - bleach spray

Bedroom

Bleach spray to wipe down the following:

  • Luggage Racks

  • Hangers

TIER 2 - DEEP CLEAN

  • Wipe baseboards

  • Wipe doorframes

  • Clean inside oven

  • Clean and replace all dishes, glassware and flatware

  • Wipe window panes

  • Remove wall scuffs (where possible)

  • Dust artwork / ornaments
